Oscar Dawson is a producer, composer, songwriter and musician, based in Melbourne, Australia. 

Oscar's most recent producer credits include Ali Barter's 'A Suitable Girl' (2017), Alex Lahey's 'I Love You Like A Brother' (2017) and forthcoming releases from The Temper Trap, British India, Ben Wright Smith, and San Mei. Oscar is a founding member of the band HOLY HOLY, which he still writes for and performs in, and has collaborated as a session musician with projects such as PezSeth Sentry; Thelma Plum; MPhazesGrey Ghost; Matik and Cash For Gold

Oscar also composes for film and TV projects. His work on the short film 'Belle De Jour' won best music at the 2013 Berlin Fashion Film Festival, and his work on the film 'Swim' was nominated in the best music category at the 2013 St Kilda Film Festival. He also worked on the short 'We Keep On Dancing', winner of the Grand Jury Prize at the 2014 Palm Springs Film Festival, as well as the film 'A Great Man', directed by brother Joshua Dawson.
