RICEWINE
RICEWINE is a solo musical project created by Talae Rodden.
The 25 year old songwriter grew up in a small country town outside of Melbourne, but often traveled to Thailand to visit family. Frequently feeling like a stranger, Rodden has admitted that he develops a sense of isolation when visiting his hometown, an experience he channels heavily into his discography.
RICEWINE has released a number of albums, most recently including 2022’s ode to countryside Victoria, In Valley, which follows 2020’s Lovesick. With a consistent release schedule and dreamy sound, RICEWINE has transformed his lofi, DIY approach into globally well-loved tracks and sold out shows throughout the region.
